Sales Companion setup
Screen sharing and sales follow-up, available from your Chrome toolbar.
Start screen sharing
- Open the GetMyKPI extension and click Open screen sharing below Onlysales. The compact window remains open when the toolbar popup closes.
- Sign in with your GetMyKPI email and password. The separate sharing login does not currently support MFA-enrolled accounts.
- Choose Browser tab, Program window, Entire screen, or Choose and crop. Approve your chosen source in Chrome's picker.
- Copy the private viewer link and give it to your intended viewer. The viewer clicks Join and needs no account.
- Pause freezes the displayed frame. Resume restores updates. Stop ends the private link. Keep your existing call for audio.
Each session supports one viewer for up to one hour. Closing the sharing window or a service restart ends the session. Local recording is optional, includes the shared screen only and is limited to 10 minutes or 50 MB per recording. Download it before closing the window.
Connect Onlysales
You need your own Onlysales account/API token and access to a supported VanillaSoft lead page. Open the lead, connect the Onlysales token in the extension, select the account and published workflow, and review the lead phone before clicking Send. Sending creates a contact and enrolls it in that workflow, which may send messages.
Auto-send is optional and off until enabled. When enabled, it applies the selected workflow to subsequent stable leads in your active VanillaSoft tab. Click Stop to disable it. For uncertain send results, check the contact and enrollment in Onlysales before trying again. Remove deletes a locally stored account token.
Optional desktop companion
The separately installed GetMyKPI Call Companion for macOS can receive local call/contact events. It is not included in this extension and is not required for screen sharing or Onlysales. Contact your GetMyKPI administrator for the companion's availability and installation. Its connection check is under Optional desktop companion.
Troubleshooting
- No lead found: open one supported VanillaSoft lead and reopen the extension. The supported hosts are vanillasoft.net and new-caller-ui-preview.vanillasoft.net.
- Sharing source unavailable: use desktop Chrome and allow screen recording for Chrome in your operating-system settings.
- Another viewer connected: close that viewer or wait for its connection to time out before joining again.
- Old sharing behavior after an update: stop the old session, close its window, then open a new one from the extension.
- Service address: the default is https://share.getmykpi.com. Only change this advanced setting to a service you trust.
